Appointed to prepare a masterplan for the development of some 40Ha situated on the old Kumasi Racecourse adjoining the city’s CBD.
The master plan comprises of a new mixed-use development centred around a regional shopping and entertainment centre with a 200-key hotel, event centre, office park, residential apartments and a new public transport facility with a traders market.
