The Special Economic Zone is a joint initiative between the Gambia Investment Promotion Agency (GIEPA) and TAF Africa Global.
The development comprises of light-industrial uses, logistics and distribution warehousing, offices, retail, residential, education, healthcare and short-stay accommodation. Infrastructural development and site servicing have begun.
